Terms and Conditions of Sosenkowo.pl Resort

Making a reservation and paying the deposit or the total amount for the stay constitutes simultaneous confirmation of reading these Terms and Conditions and acceptance of all its provisions.

§1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the provision of services, liability, and staying on the premises of the Sosenkowo.pl Holiday Resort (hereinafter referred to as the "Resort").
  2. Persons staying on the premises of the Resort (hereinafter referred to as "Guests") are obliged to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as health, safety, and fire regulations.
  3. Legal guardians bear full responsibility for the safety and behavior of children staying on the premises of the Resort.

§2. Hotel Day and Check-in

  1. The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  2. Formalities related to check-in and payment for the entire period of stay are completed on the day of arrival.
  3. Shortening the stay by the Guest for reasons independent of the Resort does not entitle them to a refund of the amounts paid.
  4. Requests to extend the stay must be submitted no later than 6:00 PM on the day preceding the expiration of the reservation. The Resort will accommodate the request subject to availability.

§3. Rules for Using the Property

  1. Quiet hours are in effect on the premises of the Resort from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  2. The behavior of Guests should not disturb the peace of other persons on the premises. The Resort reserves the right to refuse further services to persons who are aggressive or under the influence of alcohol/intoxicating substances.
  3. The number of people staying in the cottage/room cannot be higher than specified during the reservation. The stay of third parties (visitors) on the premises of the Resort is possible only with the prior consent of the staff and no later than 10:00 PM.
  4. Guests are obliged to maintain cleanliness in their accommodation and throughout the entire Resort.
  5. Parents or legal guardians bear full responsibility for the safety of children using the playground, trampolines, and inflatable attractions. The Resort is not responsible for damages and accidents resulting from a lack of proper supervision or using the equipment contrary to its intended purpose and rules.

§4. Safety in the Play Area

  1. Parents or legal guardians bear full responsibility for the safety of children using the playground, trampolines, and inflatable attractions, and they are required to supervise their children personally.
  2. The use of play area equipment must comply with its intended purpose. In particular, it is prohibited to:
    • use the trampoline by more than one person at a time,
    • perform acrobatic maneuvers on the trampoline (e.g., somersaults),
    • enter trampolines and inflatables with footwear, food, drinks, or sharp objects,
    • use inflatables in conditions of strong wind or rain.
  3. The Resort is not liable for damages and accidents resulting from a lack of proper care by guardians or using the equipment contrary to the above rules.

§5. Material Liability

  1. The Guest bears full material liability for any damage, destruction, or lack of equipment in the cottages/rooms and common areas of the Resort caused by their fault or the fault of their visitors.
  2. In the event of damage, the Guest is obliged to immediately inform the Resort staff for valuation and settlement of the payment before departure.
  3. The Resort is not responsible for personal items, valuables, and money left in the cottages/rooms, as well as for vehicles left in the Resort's parking lot.

§6. Safety and Fire Regulations

  1. For reasons of fire safety, a strict ban on smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes, and tobacco products applies in all enclosed spaces of the Resort.
  2. It is forbidden to use your own heaters, electric cookers, gas cookers, and other devices that may create a fire hazard in the cottages/rooms (this does not apply to chargers for phones, laptops, etc.).
  3. Lighting barbecues and bonfires is allowed only in places designated for this purpose by the staff, with extreme caution.
  4. Each time upon leaving the cottage/room, the Guest is obliged to lock the windows and doors and turn off electrical and water appliances.

§7. Stay with Pets

  1. The stay of pets on the premises of the Resort is allowed only with the prior consent of the staff (at the time of booking) and may be subject to an additional fee.
  2. Pet owners are required to have a current vaccination booklet for their pet, clean up after them on the premises of the Resort, and walk dogs only on a leash (in the case of aggressive breeds – also in a muzzle).
  3. Pets must not disturb the rest of other Guests or be left in the cottages/rooms unattended.

§8. Final Provisions

  1. In the event of a violation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the Resort has the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect, without a refund for the unused period of stay.
  2. Any complaints and comments regarding the stay should be reported to the Resort staff on an ongoing basis. Complaints submitted after the end of the stay may not be considered.
  3. These Terms and Conditions come into force on the day of publication on the sosenkowo.pl website.
